comment Why do checkout processes place payment info last?
Think about the user journey. Imagine you go to the shop and she shopkeeper asks you for the payment details when you enter the store! I guess most of us would leave the place. Also not every time the user wants to ship the goods to the same address. Could you explain how do you see the checkout process working?

@mawcsco go to play.google.com/intl/en-GB/about/index.html and click 2nd slide, you will see the same method for the menu is used. I'm not saying that there are no difference between iOS and Android. Just because I didn't use Android app as an example doesn't make the example invalid.

@mawcsco it doesn't matter what OS you use, the questions was about the navigation problem and how to solve it. Would you suggest to stop using pen and paper just because it's not digital?

@DannyVarod I believe we need to go back to basics not try to re-invent the wheel.

comment How to show comment at top level, without using a popup?
Depends what you want users to comment on, the whole bug or individual steps. But usually the comments are at the bottom of the screen. I wouldn't suggest restricting the comments to 130 letters, the user might not be able to describe the bug in detail if you will.

comment Should the order of add / edit / delete buttons be based on the frequency of their use?
Agree with JhonBG on this one, make sure that the "delete" button stands out (make it red for example) or move it away from other actions.

comment What is a good tool for mouse tracking?
@JonW Yeah I know that, just saying that it would help. Kind of frustrating getting minuses not knowing what you did wrong. Probably should have checked the FAQ

person who gave you -1 should at least explain why they did it... But I guess it's because this is not UX related question, it's a software question.

@BenDurnell we used to use this approach and our website experienced attacks.
