Should your Help section have questions or topics? For a QA section you should make sure you use the most common questions asked by your customers and not questions the provider think are relevant. A good place to start is if you have a dedicated support or such. They should be able to list common questions. |

Signing up for a site with a social network versus a form Will the link redirect you to another signup form? I would use a jQuery call (or equal) to show the signup form to the user. So when they click "Signup with email" you just do a slide toggle or such beneath the other two alternatives. |

How can you indicate a hidden button on the back of a device? The problem with "quick-start sheets" and more or less any other instructions are that most people never look at them. If a user finally turns to instructions the design could be considered broken. |

“Save as” title for selecting location I like "Location" but maybe an idea to extend it to "File Location:", "Folder Location:". |

What should the “save” button be called when editing inline? I like this idea. But I do not like switching from a word ("Rename") to two icons. In that case I, personally, would prefer to have an icon for "Rename" as well. Problem here is that finding an icon that is clear enough and makes a mental link to the "Rename" might be hard to come up with. |

What should the “save” button be called when editing inline? As it comes down to a user activates the title change and have the focus there, the change of "Rename" to "Done", "OK" or "Apply" will be very visible to them. "Done" and "OK" might be generic but they are still very known words to most people. |

What should the “save” button be called when editing inline? "Apply" could be a viable option. "Apply Change" is also possible but I'm no fan of long labels on buttons. I would not use only "Save" because, as you say yourself, it will probably be confusing. |
