I became a guerrilla UX fighter in 1995.
I've been underground for many years, often taking the odd job of shaping people's experience by designing sonic landscapes rather than websites.
But recently it dawned on me that UX is the second most important contributor to our daily joy, narrowly beaten to the pole by red wine.
So I decided to ditch the Kalashnikov, get out the trenches, and take a more formal approach to the topic.
Being a dreadful sketcher, I get most of my kicks from psychology and aesthetics.
I'm currently taking an MSc in Human-Centred Design at City University, London.
