Enter to submit comments on Facebook and StackExchange @Charles I could, but that's one extra keystroke. One other thought here is that having enter send the comment directly is how my Twitter and IM clients work so I guess I think of the comment blocks more like IM style messages than the full posts. |

What guidelines exist for designing UIs? Why does it matter if they are voted on separately? none of these answers represent a set of possible alternatives in which one can be 'more correct' than another, they are all the single right answer for a question. |

Tab Bar In Split View Controller Master View I agree here, as a user I would think the edit button in the master view and the detail view have the same purpose. If you want a 'Delete' type action on the master view, I'd use the inline command glyphs on the tabel cells (sorry, can't remember their official name right off) |
