comment What is better - window buttons on the left (OS X) or on the right (Windows)?
Why I asked this question: I usually get used to new things fairly quickly, but even after couple of weeks of using left window buttons, I wish they were on the right. I'm looking for an answer like this: uxmovement.com/buttons/… - it explained what felt wrong with the button order in pre-4.0 Android dialogs.

comment Where to put common actions on the screen in Android
1) I see two problems: a) I think it would look ugly, definitely with the default tabs b) Every tab has a different set of actions. But the action icons are outside of the tabs, which is a little weird and illogical. 2) Yes, there's a common title - the name of my app. | I think that there's no really good solution for my question. On iOS, it would be easy.

1) Under or above the tabs? 2) Tab title and Action Bar title would be the same?

comment What icon for advanced options?
@DA01 why? I live in Prague and never had a need to change modes of transport when planning journey. But I got several mails from Londoners that they want this feature - which I found suprising.
