comment Do I really need a login button?
Some forms submit on enter, but many do not. Without a submit button to focus, there's nowhere for "tab" to go after entering the password. You could always add DOM that only gets picked up by a screen reader, but that does not help low-vision non-tech-savy users looking for a button.

comment What is best practice for designing form error messages?
These forms are wildly nicer than pressing submit and getting pissed off.

comment Android back button - Global history back, or menu back?
Through my own lack of understanding, I didn't show an alert. I just immediately bound to do nothing. It's an HTML5 phonegap app, so everything is manual. This work is directly based off of requests to "Make the android back button work", so I understand the importance of getting this right.

comment Android back button - Global history back, or menu back?
Err. I definitely overlooked this. As soon as the user enters the app, I turned off the back button. I haven't released an update yet, so this is a huge catch.

comment Blinking, bouncing and flashing elements
Movement, rotation, and zooming might have serious accessibility ramifications for your application. Users with vertigo, for example, might not handle it so well.

comment Is “magic” an appropriate label for a sorting option?
Personalized Sorting sounds like I can sort manually. I like "Sort by Recommended", as it's clear that someone or something is doing the recommendation. I guess Amazon uses this approach, with the "You may also be interested in..."

comment (One to many) to many form?
Who is looking at this data, and how do they need to use it? Can customers see the case? Is this a reporting sort of mechanism for business people? The use case is important here.
