Using Dropdowns AND Radio Buttons to avoid confusion I suggest put this part in the "Configuration/Settings" page, and just put one big "Export" button here. That will be more user friendly. |

Adopting sidebars in iOS apps Traditional bottom menu is too limiting. Sidebar allows you to have more menu items, you can also make it scrollable. I believe that's the main advantage. |

Display percentage increase/decrease as 110% or +10%? Why not treat the base price as 100% (instead of zero) and increase/decrease as +10% or -10%? I think that's more intuitive, if you treat base price as 0, it somehow might confuse the user that the price is 0 i.e FREE? |

How to display date and time Usability wise, I would suggest to go for "01 August 2012", don't let the user guess if 04 in 04/05/2012 refers to day or month.. |

What should internal “home pages” and “index pages” be called? As the questioner rightly pointed out, there is no industry standard on the naming conventions for this, therefore it's difficult to give you references. This is something that I use personally and what we have been using in our company for the past 3-4 years. |
