Innovative alternatives to the classic “tabbed” window @d11wtq - yes just like the dock, but the idea pre-dates it by quite some time. |

Innovative alternatives to the classic “tabbed” window @scunliffe, that page contains java applets, still the bane of our existence on the web. While they usually work in modern browsers, it's still easy enough crash the browser. |

Innovative alternatives to the classic “tabbed” window tabcandy site has an impressive video that shows off the many features, plus bonus footage on just how far it can go. Definitely worth a view. |

How to display the hierarchical data when one tries to print a web page that contains a canvas, like 'flot' for example, the result is a blank area. OR SO I THOUGHT! turns out that any examples I tried to re-create resulted in a proper image. Perhaps the whole debate on 'printable' canvas is no longer applicable or perhaps was only related to server-side image generation? Thanks igor for asking your question! |

Handling multiple “alert” popups ? must the user react to the alert? ie: must they press OK ? or is a decision to be made? |

How to display the hierarchical data thejit.org would be my first choice, but alas has a poor notion of 'up' vs 'down' for layered graphs. |

Which are the best UI related blogs/sites? +1 for smashing magazine - but your list of site should be separate posts to allow each book to be evaluated separately. |
