I used to be an intern for NASA, but then I decided to go to Medical School. But then I dropped out because I found my love: software engineering! I'm now an independent software consultant with a passion for writing great software. Most of my 10+ years of software development have been with object-oriented PHP and MySQL on Linux. I've been doing contract work in Java since Spring 2010 and I'm studying Objective-C (iOS development) on the side. I specialize in web backends and have interest in user experience design.

Other than that, I'm an organic vegetable gardener, a student of business, and a lover of Sacred History. I have a beautiful wife of 4 years, and we just had our first child in May! We are blessed.
