I can't post any example here, will post later.But as stated in pattern libraries, tab must be used for loosely coupled data only. Also, about, share and add to are child of a parent category(video). In my case I don't have any parent category. I've 4 closely coupled categories.

Could you please upload actual screen shot? I don't get what bubble actually is ? - If you are talking about the text misalignment then I would suggest to give left column a max width equals longest string. - Get rid of duplicate words

Navigation items on the headers are key points of your application and by using sticky header they will always be accessible to user no matter which location he is. Hence it enhance accessibility.
