Can you use similar security questions used on email registration for a more corporate tool? Don't use security questions if you can avoid it. Instead 2nd factor authentication 2FA is a good alternative. There's also a related question here: ux.stackexchange.com/questions/13530/… |

Complex search window Is this product for consumers? If not, popup and implicitly assuming users will know in what group they are (default, advanced, expert) sounds strange. You might better want to go with some sort of questionaire/wizard or with a default list and then allow for filtering. |

File Management As A UX Team +1 for good question. If several people need to work on the same project, i.e. same mocks, wires, docs etc. I think Dropbox can be a very helpful tool. It just keeps a backup of files and files are always in sync so everybody is working with the latest version. I look forward to the answers here. |
