comment How to explain best that there is more to a headline? (Icon, Text, etc)
Great! Thank you very much! Why didn't I think of this "iPhone style" before...? ;-)

Hi Anna, Thanks for your answer. The headline will be clickable but not presented as a hyperlink. Basically the whole box will be clickable. Our targeted users are very internet savvy and would probably understand most hints... Thanks for sharing the links. I will check it out!

To present it as a hyperlink would probably not go along with our design idea...

comment Is there really no better icon for a “company” than a building?
Sorry about that! I did not expect this since there quite a few other questions about icons... I guess you have to vote it down... And I will obviously consider the piece of toast... ;-)

Logos would be great. But there are too many items some times and automation is getting more complicated. Can you maybe explain your 2. point. I did not understand what you mean by flaggeed out or marked out...

comment Does the Zendesk.com website offer a good ux? And why?
@Rahul: YosefWaysman and Schroedingers Cat did exactly what I hoped for. I don't see why this is a problem. I appreciate all other answers too and I will get into ux a little bit more. But it makes no sense to me to become an expert just for this one project...

@BenBrocka: Yes. But I try to find out what makes this design such an emotional design. Looking at the site just makes me want to stay and read. Its not something that sites do very often...

Thanks Jon! The problem here is the following. I am not an expert in ux... And I feel that I can only analyse a website based on a feeling rather than knowledge. ;-) Anyway. Thanks for sharing the links. I will check it out!

Thank you so much for this great review! You are mentioning some great points! And all lead to what you say at the end and what we want to accomplish too -> Zendesk is a great product and somehow you can feel it. It really looks like they are sure about what they do. This is what we want too ;-) Thanks again!

I would like to explain my question like that: We looked at different websites we know of which one was a helpdesk service. We liked it and started looking within this industry when we found zendesk. And we were surprised how different it looked and tried to find out what it really was. What we really want to get out of the zendesk example, is the feeling you get while visiting the site. But how can you do that, right? :)

Its funny. We also think of the site as "selling without selling". Or like you call it "whitout being in your face". This is definitely something we try to accomplish too... Thanks for your answer! :)

I guess the question is not too easy. But your answer is very helpful! Thanks especially for pointing out the study, very interesting!
