comment What is a good way to let the user change screen layout?
Please provide more information about the target audience, type of application, difference between the two layouts in terms of functions and content, whether the chosen layout persists, etc. Why are you providing this function? This will help you determine visual, optimal level of emphasis, wording/verbiage if needed, etc. :-)

comment Does site structure affects sales?
Have you looked at the site statistics to see what the drop out rate is, and where it's happening? It would be good to know how your target customers purchase your products. Do they almost always have Brand, Model, Version information on hand when they're using your web site?

comment Which of this scenarios are better from Scrum Teams?
yes I agree, it depends on the situation. My view would reflect a typical in-house corporate IT / design departments with sizable headcounts, which isn't always conducive for a truly agile method with UX. However, you can still do software development that fits the traditional definition of Scrum.

comment Why do coins in some countries not display their denomination?
@rk. An old U.S. law required that all coins reflect the value of metal used to create them by weight. Dime used to be made of silver, which is much more expensive than metals used to make nickel. The law no longer exists, but the coin sizes have remained unchanged.

comment Alternatives for accordion when displaying a long list of subject/descriptions
I would remove the accordion altogether, and expose all the content so users don't have to click just for one line of content. Sure the pages will look rather lonely and bland, but your users will thank you.
