comment What is the best method to undo an action?
Are these tasks being "completed" or "deleted"? These are conceptually different in todo apps, and the undo UI should probably be different too. Completion implies the tasks was actually done and should be logged as such, while deletion is akin to a cancelation--no log required. Similar to deletion vs archiving of gmail messages, perhaps. Todo app Things (culturedcode.com/things) handles this distinction elegantly.

comment Multiple map markers on one location
Ah, I understand... yeah, I think using one marker per park makes the most sense :) This Dribbble shot might be useful inspiration: dribbble.com/shots/687936-Map-Data-Visualisation

comment slides usability - auto play or not?
sounds like a plan! if you need to use a slider, making it not auto-advance is probably the way to go (like the Hilton example in the article)

comment Is there any issues with approaching a website re-design from a mobile first perspective?
Spot on! We're redesigning our service's web and mobile apps now... they live in very different contexts and their designs reflect that clearly. However, it sounds like Reloaded's project may be coming from a more a "website" perspective than an app or product design perspective, in which case a Mobile First strategy might be more appropriate :)
