Startup guy. Design aficionado. Mobile innovator.
I am working as UX Lead at a Stealth Startup in NYC. I am also advising Drugaroo, a tech startup in the healthcare space.
My current focus is on bringing innovative products to market as quickly as possible and with few obstacles, working with agile teams across the globe to develop solutions for clients in the Internet and Mobile industry. I am results-driven and imaginative, always seeking new and better ways of getting things done.

Hover state for Step-based navigation at this point, we are not building 'mobile first' :( |

Empty Profile Pic options? Sure, although in this case there will be a few users responsible for updating the pics of others on the site..so...maybe? |

Signup / Login global navigation links appearing on Signup / Login page? I agree with you (focus the user action), although what concerns me is that same logic could apply to almost any other page on a website (remove link 'x' because user is already there). That's the part that I can't quite resolve in terms of removing navigation items. |
