What can be done to make a long, multi-step wizard more user-friendly? Good question. I'm working with a web-based wizard right now, which currently has thirteen steps! Some good suggestions here. |

Common web app usability gotchas? I've run into many sites that accept the +, and just as many that do not. I have some accounts (relatively unimportant) that I can no longer log into since I registered with the + in my email address, but the site will not accept the + when I try to log in. |
