Thanks to @JDelossantos for adding the screen shot. I'll try to be less lazy next time.

I've heard the term 'personas are fictitious' before. I guess this is why I find them fairly useless. If they are based on real users - why not distill what they do into a overall user type and include a few real users as an example? That's what I now tend to do.

comment How to track and report UX changes to a website
You're likely to have this question shut down quickly as it's a 'shopping question'. If you're after a system to track changes then that will be down to how your team works. No one solution will fit all teams. For one team a shared spread sheet will work, others a more feature filled Multi Variant Tool will be needed. I presume you where talking about A/B or Multi Variant Testing.

comment How to deliver wireframes to off-shore dev teams
JavaScript/HTML/CSS prototypes are often more time consuming than Axure prototypes from a standing start. I occasionally code out of work and could put together something in code but it would take me five times longer and not be as good a quality as someone else building it. Meanwhile Axure I can communicate an idea quickly upto to a certain level, for example doing fixed break point responsive layouts is easy in the new version. Aure is limited but it's not as limiting as if you start thinking in code in my view.

comment What is the best UX to let user perform CRUD operations?
You mean UI in this context, not UX. UI is a small part of UX.

Mobile optimisation of a site, as you no doubt have told him, is far more than just layout. Optimising the navigation and UI elements, the way content is presented etc can make a big impact on usage for the user.

comment Which online support model works better for a medical site?
Any UX question like this cannot be answered without a full understanding of the intended audience. I've not talked to your end users and I hope you have. They should tell you what they want in terms of support and how they would prefer to have it.

comment Best position for a voucher code box in the checkout process
I've designed a few checkouts and agree with your answer, the first step is often a good place - often below the products and above the total and the button to the next step. But as you rightly say, it depends.

comment What iOS developers need from a UI/UX designer?
I would say a better way to view it is that UX feeds development. In agile terms UX provides stories and supplements (and informs) the backlog. If working correctly developers will have input into the UX process, just as visual design does.

comment Why does the Facebook registration page require you to retype the email and NOT the password?
If you get the password wrong you can reset via email. If you get the email wrong - then you're stuck.

comment What is the best way to select the apparel size?
Dropdown menus hide vital information. As a rule of thumb if you can show vital information in a clear way, do so.
