Recommended pixel size for labels for mobile?
In the same way that the minimum tap area for mobile should be 44px according to apples documentation, is there a recommendation for label sizes?

What's the most efficient/least troublesome way to scroll when reading on mobile?
For reading purposes on mobile devices, what is the way to go? Paging or scrolling? If I want to give the reader the option of a scroll, should the controls for that be on-screen or in a menu?
