It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. For help clarifying this question so that it can be reopened, see the FAQ.

Although there are most certainly some overlapping factors between the two terms, there are some clear separations also. I would say that user interaction design certainly plays more of a part in UX design than UX plays in User Interaction but here's some thoughts...

In terms of the web, user interaction design could be focused on specific elements/actions. For example:

  • What happens to the state of a button when a user tabs onto it?
  • What visual feedback does the user receive after adding an image to a CMS?

User experience design deals with the above but also some other larger elements such as:

  • Information architecture
  • Copy writing
  • User Interface design

These are just a few examples but hopefully it's clear that User Experience design involves every element of a website or application and User Interaction Design is more about human-computer interaction.
