Thanks in advance

This is very vague and hard to answer. You'll have to provide much more information if anyone is to provide a useful response. – Matt Obee Feb 19 at 11:13
Generally when we develop any web based application whether we need to consider for which country/region or kind of people we are going to target. and how we can evaluate that. – Ravi Kumar Feb 19 at 11:16
The question is slightly vague in its current form, but if it was reworded there is some room to talk about using segmentation in user testing and AB testing. Is this the kind of answer you are looking for? – Brendon Feb 19 at 12:26

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. For help clarifying this question so that it can be reopened, see the FAQ.

This is called 'software localisation'

There are some books on it (which I currently can't remember the titles of). There are lots of little cultural problems you run up against.

(Spelling; number formats; date formats; significance of colours)

(Try searching on here using the search term 'localisation' for some of them)

Ideally...

...What you should do is get the software tested by users IN the target culture, using researchers FROM the target culture. This can get expensive.
