How much text is important in a Propsal document with Mockups? guys tell me about it, when we are sending apropsal document at initial stage how much text have value, if we considering it has a very low value in first phase tahn what are possiblitemay be i am wrong?

Use as much text as you need to get the concept and/or rationale across. But don't use any more than you absolutely have to.
At then initial stages especially, you don't have to worry about covering absolutely everything. Every bit of writing adds information, but also takes away from the rest of the writing. So you should cover the most important points - which means taking your target audience into account - and leave out those that don't add more value than they take away.
If you correct bad spelling and eliminate meaningless words, you will be using exactly the right amount of text.
