I would like some feedback and suggestions on overall look and feel of this dashboard mock-up for a file-sharing site. I do personally think that there is an over use of gray.

The project is for a web based file-sharing service, its paid therefor its not for piracy and such but for quick and easy sharing photos with friends, family's and others as well as files.

The goal is to achieve as light and as easy to use dashboard without a need for any learning curve. Also here is a revised and more detailed wire-frame that I just got from one of designers on the team.

This question is really too broad to answer properly. Could you add some background information about the dashboard and its users? Are you facing a specific user experience problem besides the colour? – Matt Obee Jan 9 at 17:10
Hi Proxy. I'm afraid we aren't the best place to ask for general feedback on websites / applications etc. If you have a specific UX issue around the dashboard you want advice on then we can help (you can edit your question as such and flag for reopening), but general feedback isn't what we're really here for I'm afraid. Simple is beautiful. I think this is simple... and nice.

If you think there is too much gray, may be an option to let one chooses the color theme could be nice too.
