working on a web app, i have a lot of datas organized by graphs instead of trees, what's the most usable user interface to browse and manage them?

i will use html5 and javascript.

Have a look at D3.js - it offers many visualization algorithms that support graph data structures, and relies on HTML5 and Javascript for client-side rendering. If you are looking for a compendium of real-world examples of graph visualization, you can refer to the recently published book Visual Complexity by Manuel Lima.
