(Not sure if this is a valid UXSE question. Please let me know/change to correct format if needed)

I am looking for examples of UI failures/horrors of electronic point-of-sale systems.

I am working on a POS system and would like some good examples, preferably video but still images would be ok too.

From a uni lecture a few months ago, the best I saw was someone who had drawn, with sharpie marker on particular bookings. When asked why they did it, the person said "well they were finished and had paid the bill".

Well, it is hard to find this question as constructive. Seeing as no one answer can be the correct one it's not fit for a Q&A format. Can you rephrase it in a way that doesn't leave it as open as it is? – AndroidHustle Nov 5 '12 at 9:50
It doesn't look like you have a particular question here that you need an answer too, only a request for some examples. You won't really get useful answers without a specific question, and a Q&A site isn't the best place to request examples of 'X'. I've closed the question for now so you can tighten it up and form a specific answerable question, at which time we'll be happy to reopen it for you. – JonW Nov 5 '12 at 12:21
