I have a website and I need an icon for the term "Web portal". Any idea?

How would you picture that term ?

My designer has chosen a door with the letters www inserted.

I know of no icon for 'portal'. I'm not even sure users think about aggregate / dashboard sites as 'portals' in the first place. I would probably use text for the links instead; not all things have obvious iconography, and non-obvious iconography is practically useless.
