I wouldn't say there are specific pro's and cons for teach platform, rather different constraints/opportunities, the most obvious been screen size. Consider each platform individually and not just from a UI perspective also consider the context of use; for example a smartphone app would be used in a different environment and to complete different tasks than a traditional desktop/web app. There are obviously many different challenges/constraints/guidelines when developing for the various platforms.
