What are the advantages and disadvantages from a UX perspective when designing for a mobile screen vs. A tablet vs. A computer vs. Television screen

I'm particularly looking for the pros and cons of designing for each device.

I wouldn't say there are specific pro's and cons for teach platform, rather different constraints/opportunities, the most obvious been screen size.

Consider each platform individually and not just from a UI perspective also consider the context of use; for example a smartphone app would be used in a different environment and to complete different tasks than a traditional desktop/web app.
