This is a sketch from my applications schoolclass administration site. Is there anything you would change to increate the user comfort/experience?

This sketch shows a relation of 3 entities and their dependencies. A schoolclass has many pupils. A pupil has many subjects. What you see in the wireframe is a formular with controls where you have to enter data.

My more detailed question would be for example:

1.) Should I put the Attach button in the Subject group box or should it stay over the related subjects datagrid?

I'd say there's a lot of stuff you can do. I'd consider looking at treating students as things other than spreadsheet entries; does your primary use case involve checking street addresses quickly? And is it going to get old adding the same subjects to lots of students? I'd say so.
