Heads up that this may be the only Meego device that will be produced. Looks like Nokia, yet again, is jumping ship for another OS: mashable.com/2011/09/28/tizen –  DA01 Sep 28 '11 at 18:26

480px x 854px it says on the Nokia site.

As far as gestures and other software details:

"Software platform and user interface:

-MeeGo for Nokia N9 (MeeGo 1.2 Harmattan)
-User interface simplified to three home views: events, applications and open apps
-Swipe gesture instantly takes you back to the home view you started from
-Multitasking and app switching through open apps view: a live snapshot of all running apps
-Apps compliant with Qt 4.7
-HTML5

480px x 800px and there's no publicly available reference specifically for the N9. Yet.

I just saw that you have Nokia.com in you user profile, so you work there? The info is publicly available all of the web, and at 54px different than your values. –  Matt Rockwell Sep 28 '11 at 17:53

I bet those 54 pixels are reserved for a status bar of some kind, and @Robert Grant knows about the status bar to give the dimensions "480x800". –  Stefan Kendall Sep 28 '11 at 20:35
